I was expecting this event to be the unveiling of the new jersey in addition to introduction of the new players and a kind of pep rally for the new season, perhaps some chants and intro to the leaders from the Cauldron, etc. There was very little of any of that. Not all of the team was present, and those that were there didn't stick around past the 15 minutes of "show" before all activity was centered on the store and chance to buy a new jersey - for $130. OUCH. My $10 coupon was not going to get very far. There was no food, limited choices of beer or other beverages, the only bathrooms were single stalls so there were lines for both men and women's -all in all just not an impressive event.
